Covid-19 Questionnaire now available with Sweep Up

SweepUp now has the facility to switch on a staff
questionnaire each time someone checks in.
The switch is global for all staff, so not just specific sites/users.

SweepUp now has the facility to switch on a staff questionnaire each time someone checks in. The switch is global for all staff, so not just specific sites/users.

When a user tries to check into a shift, the following screen is presented:

The user is required to answer No or Yes using radio buttons to answer 6 medical questions and an authorisation confirmation.

If the user answers Yes to any of the medical questions, or if they say no to the authorisation, they can be refused check in (via a parameter).

The relevant parameters are in the company setting screen in admin, if you require access or just want the parameter setting on for you, log a call in the usual way.

Completed Surveys can be seen on the web admin portal.
Showing within a specified date range, compliant and non-compliant surveys. Clicking on the green/orange icon will show you the actual answers tendered.

Exportable to excel in the usual way.
